We collect: contact data (name, email, phone) from forms; technical data (IP, browser, OS, screen resolution); navigation data (pages visited, duration, traffic source); cookies (see Cookie Policy).
We process data based on: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We never sell your data. We share only with the providers needed to run the service: hosting (Hetzner, Germany), contact-form email delivery (SMTP provider), Google PageSpeed Insights (only for the site analysis you request on /test/) and Google AdSense (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) for advertising on the site. Ads stay non-personalised until you press ACCEPT in the cookie banner; with your consent Google may use cookies and identifiers to personalise them (how Google uses data). Fonts are served from our own server: no request to Google Fonts.
Contact-form requests that do not lead to a contract: deleted within 24 months. Client, contract and invoice data: for the periods required by accounting and tax law (up to 10 years). Cookie preferences: in your browser until you clear them.
You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. You can withdraw consent at any time (for cookies: from the Cookie Policy) without affecting earlier processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or the authority of your own EU country. We implement: TLS 1.3, firewalls, restricted access, encrypted backups, periodic security audits.
Hosting in the EEA (Hetzner, Germany). Google (AdSense, PageSpeed Insights, email service) may process data in the United States: Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU Commission adequacy decision of 10.07.2023), with standard contractual clauses as an additional safeguard.
