"Carbon Stealth", "we" refers to Carbon Stealth VCC (EIK BG208725180). "Client", "you" refers to the person or entity using our services.
We provide web development, software, ERP, mobile apps, SEO/GEO/AEO, hosting, game development and technical consulting as described on our website.
Quotes are free and non-binding. Payment occurs according to conditions agreed in the specific contract. We accept bank transfer and credit cards via Stripe.
Upon full payment, developed code becomes client property. Carbon Stealth retains the right to include the project in its portfolio.
We offer 3 months of free technical support after launch. Critical bugs are resolved within 24 business hours. Extended support is available under separate contract.
Carbon Stealth is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data arising from the use of services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. The client pays for work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Sofia, Bulgaria courts.
